  4. Salt as taste
  5. Red chilli 1&1/2 table spoon
  6. 1 tea spoonBlack pepper
  7. 1 tea spoonWhite pepper
  8. 1 table spoonCoriander powder
  9. 1/3 table spoonCummin powder
  10. Green chillies 4chopped
  11. 5 table spoonCurd
  12. 1 tea spoonQassuri Mathhi

  14. Green chillies &Ginger for garnishing

    Receipe......heat one cup ghee or oil and add salt a little bit add chicken boneless 1 kg than fry it untill light golden than add Ginger Garlic paste and add some water and add tomato puree or tomato paste 5,6 table spoon,chopped green chillies 4 and cover it.After 5 min add spices red chilli1&1/2 table spoon salt as taste, coriander powder1 table spoon, cumin powder 1 table spoon, black pepper 1 tea spoon, white pepper 1 tea spoon,turmeric powder 1/3 tea spoon and cook it for 5 minutes

    Than add curd 5 table spoon and bhonify it Than add qasuri matthi 1 tea spoon and add cook for 2,3 minutes Than add cream one pack and mixed and add some oil and make dam for 2 min untill oil comes up.Than garnish it with Ginger and green chillies &serve it with chappati
