Make a tight dough, with wheat flour and water. Take 3 eggs, in a bowl, add coriander leaves, salt, onion red chilli powder, daniya powder, Jeera powder.

Mix it properly, but don't whisk too much. Keep aside. Take a small portion of dough to roll the roti, after, rolling sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and 1/2 tsp ghee.

Now spread it properly. Make a whole in between the roti,and fold in the double sided.

Now apply ghee, and cut from middle. Now fold the roti and make a ball shape.

Like this. Now press the dough and add ghee. Again roll it and make a circle roti.

Heat the tawa, cook the roti...one side fully and other side half cooked. Remove from tawa and keep in plate.

Again add oil, and pour egg mixture, spread the egg and cook for a minute. Now cover the egg with roti, from the fully cooked side roti. Press it properly, so the roti, properly stick with egg, now cook for a minute.

Flip the roti, now cook from other side and make it crispy like this. When it cooked proper from both side. Cut the paratha like a pizza pieces, serve hot with ketchup. Enjoy ur delicious egg lachcha paratha.
