Steps

Heat Pan add ghee, when ghee melts add your besan and cook until smell comes out.

Don't over cook besan, keep stirring your spoon because besan stick and changes its colour.

Now add milk powder, Elaichi powder, and Grinded sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame.

Your mixture should be dry.

Let it cool completely.
