Steps

Cut vegetables and paneer into cubes.Marinate paneer in the spices mentioned.Leave for 15minutes.

Heat a pan,add oil,put paneer and saute for 4-5 minutes on low heat.Keep aside.

Arrange vegetable and paneer cubes in skewers as shown in picture.Put on a heated tawa/pan and saute for 2-3 minutes to soften the vegetables cubes.Apply barbeque sauce and saute for more 2 minutes.

Saute for 2minutes,keep aside.

Now prepare gravy.Heat a pan add oil.Add chopped cloves and chopped onion,fry till golden.Add some finely chopped capsicum and tomato puree.Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

Gravy is ready.Adjust salt.

Put gravy in a serving dish.Arrange paneer shashlik over gravy.Serve with steamed rice.
