Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeanut
  2. 1/2 tablespoonhoney
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Roast skinned peanut on a medium heat until it turns light brown. Maintain the colour of peanut by tossing frequently. Switch off the flame and let it cool.

    De skin the roasted peanuts and pulse it in a mixer intermittently. Scrape the sides of jar and pulse adding salt and honey until it form a smooth spread. Transfer it to an airtight container and consume it as a spread for bread,buns,idli or dosa. Healthy homemade Peanut Butter is made in no time.
