Prawns Peri Peri

One of the easiest prawn recipe that can be served as starter or side dish.
Steps

Remove the shell from the prawns, devein, wash well and drain the water

Marinate it with 1 and half tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce, degi mirch, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil

Marinate it for 20 minutes to 2 hours.

In a frying pan add remaining olive oil on high flame, add marinated prawns, stir fry for few minutes then reduce the flame to medium.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Most of the liquid should evaporate by now, dont make it too dry.

Fry for 2-3 minutes more, Sprinkle remaining peri peri sauce and switch off the flame.

Serve hot or warm.
