Ingredients

  1. Halfkg boiled potatoes
  2. 4-5medium.size ripe tomatoes
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  4. 3 tbsptomato paste
  5. Itsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 cuptamarind pulp or juice
  7. 5tbsp.oil
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric.powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut boiled potatoes in bite size cubes. Blend tomatoes and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil. Add garlic paste. Add pureed tomatoes and let cook. Wen starts to boil add the tamarind and all the spices.. cook till.it thickens.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and 1 cup of water. Leave gravy as per desire. Cam be served as a side dish or a snack for tea tym.
