Add milk and cream into heavy pan, and mix well with whisker. Simmer for 8-10 minutes then add sugar and again simmer for 4-5min.

Let it cool down a little, then add chopped nuts and mix well.

Soak saffron strings in a spoonful of milk and dilute. Then add to milk and mix well. Keep it aside for half an hour. (To give rest for half an hour is to give a nice flavor of saffron in it.)

Pour into kulfi moulds and cover with lid. Set into freezer for 7-9 hrs. Then remove from freezer and hold under running water for 5-7sec. Then unmold and serve..
