  4. 1/4 cupbutter
  5. 1/2 cupoil
  6. 1 cupchopped onion
  7. 1 cupchopped tomatoes

  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. 2 tbsplemon juice
  13. 1 tbspthinly sliced ginger
  14. 2 tbspKtakat spice
  15. For ktakat spice
  16. 2 tbspaniseed
  17. 2 tbspcumin seeds
  18. 2 tbspwhole corainder
  19. 10-12whole red chillies
  20. 2 tbspdry fenugreek leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Ktakat masalay k tamam ingredients ko halka sa bhoon lein or pess lein.

    Kidneys or hearts k chohtay tukray krlein.

    Brains ko ubal or saaf kr k chohtay tukray krlein.

    Oil garam krien,onion add kr k fry krien.

  5. 5

    Kidneys or hearts add kr cook krien.

    Ginger garlic paste add kr k 2 minutes bhoonein.

  7. 7

    Phr red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder add krien.

    Tomatoes add it k 10 minutes cook krien.

    Phr boiled brain or ktakat masala shamil krien. 5 minutes cook krien or Achi tarah bhoonein.

    Last mea lemon juice or ginger shamil krien or mix krien.

  11. 11

    Serving bowl mea nikal lein.

    Garnish krien or grama garm serve krien.
