  • 4 cupsflour
  • 200 gmswhite oil
  • 1 tbsp hing
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 cupswater

    First take flour add salt hing and water and mix it very well and make a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Then take a small lemon size dough and roll it into puri.

  3. 3

    Fry it in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Our hing puri is ready to serve.
