Ingredients

  1. 1 plateleftover rice
  2. 1onion sliced
  3. 1chopped green chillies
  4. To tastesalt
  5. As needed oil
  6. as needed tomato ketchup
  7. 1/2 tspMaggi masala
  8. 1/4 tspred chillli powder
  9. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1/8 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add green chilli and mustard seeds. Let it crackle.

  2. 2

    Then add all the masala and keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Now add the rice and stir again

  4. 4

    Garnish with tomato ketchup.
