Ingredients

  • 1 plateleftover rice
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1chopped green chillies
  • To tastesalt
  • As needed oil
  • as needed tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tspMaggi masala
  • 1/4 tspred chillli powder
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/8 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add green chilli and mustard seeds. Let it crackle.

  2. 2

    Then add all the masala and keep stirring.

  3. 3

    Now add the rice and stir again

  4. 4

    Garnish with tomato ketchup.
