Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl fried macroni
  2. 1 bowl wheat flour (Gehu ka aata)
  3. 1 spoonsalt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. as neededoil for deep fry
  9. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan...put into oil...and heat it very high.

  2. 2

    After that take wheat flour and put into salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,anwaien...and mix well.

  3. 3

    As u needed water add it and make dough...

  4. 4

    Leave dough 5 min cover with wet cloth.

  5. 5

    After 5 min mix again dough and make small balls.

  6. 6

    Now take rolling board and pin and make chpati with balls.

  7. 7

    And put into Marconi and close this chpati...looking a roll...

  8. 8

    When the oil is completely heated. put into roll and fried when it's colour change into light brown colour to both side...

  9. 9

    U should make all roll like that.

  10. 10

    Roll is ready serve with tomato sauce,chilli sauce or garlic sauce....it's delicious snack...

  11. 11
