Ingredients

  1. 500 gall purpose flour
  2. 50 gcoconut milk
  3. 1.5 tea spooncardamon
  4. 2table spoons magarine
  5. 21/2 table spoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour, then add sugar, mix,add cardamon magazine and mix well

    Warm the milk, and add it slowly to the mixture and knead until you form a dough

    Cover the dough for 20-30minutes

  4. 4

    Knead again for the last time before rolling the dough

  5. 5

    Make your preferred shape, in my case I made round light shaped

    Put oil into the karai and deep fry
