Par boil potatoes. Let it cool. Peel it.

Heat oil and fry potatoes till golden brown. Keep aside.

Now heat oil in a wok.
Put saboot garam masala. - 4
Stir it. Now add onion paste cook it for a min. Add GGC paste.

Mix and cook till pinkish. Add tomato puree. Mix well and cook till oil separates.

Add kaju paste, fresh cream and beaten curd. Mix and cover and cook for 2 mins.

Put fried potatoes. Mix it. Now add required amount of water.

Cover and cook for 10- 15 mins on low flame.

Take out in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with tandoori roti or Naan.
