Ingredients

  • 250 gmsBaby potatoes -
  • Onion - 2 medium paste
  • Tomato - 2 medium pureed
  • 1/4 cupKaju paste -
  • 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste -
  • 1 tbspFresh cream -
  • 1/2 cupCurd -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder -
  • 1/2 tspHaldi -
  • 1/2 tspDhania powder -
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala -
  • Saboot garam masala - few
  • 1 tbspOil -
  • Oil to fry
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Par boil potatoes. Let it cool. Peel it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry potatoes till golden brown. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a wok.
    Put saboot garam masala.

  4. 4

    Stir it. Now add onion paste cook it for a min. Add GGC paste.

  5. 5

    Mix and cook till pinkish. Add tomato puree. Mix well and cook till oil separates.

  6. 6

    Add kaju paste, fresh cream and beaten curd. Mix and cover and cook for 2 mins.

  7. 7

    Put fried potatoes. Mix it. Now add required amount of water.

  8. 8

    Cover and cook for 10- 15 mins on low flame.

  9. 9

    Take out in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with tandoori roti or Naan.
