Steps

Wash chicken keep aside. Dry roast and crush cumin coriander seeds and black pepper. Mix all dry ingredients and set aside.

Heat pan add clarified butter (ghee). Add ginger garlic paste and saute it.

When it starts to fry add chicken and fry it till it changes its color.

Once the color is changed add green chilies and fry it.

Then add dry masala and lemon juice cook on low flame for 3-5 minutes covered. Garnish with lemon and green chilies.
