First you wash the yakuwa/sure and soak for 2 mins, add water enough to cook your indomie in a pot then add the yakuwa/sure

When water comes to a rolling boil add indomie and oil, let it cook for a minute.

Add the diced scotch bonnet and onion, let it simmer and be careful not to over cook the noodles, serve immediately and enjoy
