Ingredients

10 miniutes
4 servings
  1. For dough:
  2. 150 gmsmaida
  3. 1/4 cupdesi ghee
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 2 tspcurd
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 1 droporange colour (optional)
  8. 1/2 tspcardamon powder (optional)
  9. For syrup:
  10. 250 gmssugar
  11. 125 gmswater
  12. As required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Make balls From this mixture.

    In a medium bowl put ghee,curd,soda,water,mix it well.

    Put maida on the worktop,add the prepared mixture in it.knead it well.

    Heat a pan add oil,let it hot in the slow flame.

    Now add all prepared balls in it.

    Fry it till 2 miniutes in 1 side,or till crispy,then flip it other side and Fry till crispy.

    Now remove it from the flame,keep it a side for cooling.

    In a pan add sugar and water dissolve it,let it boil 8 miniutes.Remove it from the flame,let it be cool.

    Add all balushahi in the sugar syrup keep it 2 minutes in the syrup.

    Then take out from the syrup.

    Garnish it with pista.Serve it hot or cool.
