1 tbspghee / clarified butter
1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
1 cupkaju / cashew, whole
1/4 tspturmeric / haldi
½ tsp salt

Steps

Firstly heat 1 tbsp ghee and roast in 1 cup cashew nuts to golden brown.

Add in ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp salt.

Mix well till the spices get coated well.
finally, serve spiced roasted cashew nuts.
