This is yummy and delectble combo which is really irrestible.
Steps

First add all dry ingredients of malpua in a bowl and mix well. Add mawa and sugar also.

Now adding little milk at a time make a thick batter like idli consistency. Keep it aside for half an hour.

After half an hour. Heat ghee in a heavy yet flat bottom pan. Pour 1 ladleful batter in pan and shallow fry malpuas till crisp and brown from sides. Ready all malpuas like this and keep aside.

To make kheer boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Add saffron, rice and cardamom powder too. After boiling simmer the flame and keep stucking the milk fats with the pan sides.

Now let it simmer till milk thickens and rice cooked well. Scrap sides of the pan too. Soon milk will be reduced and kheer will be ready. Switch off the flame, when you get kheer according to desired consistency. Garnish with dry fruits.

Serve hot or cold kheer with malpuas and enjoy yummy yet delectable combo to satiate your sweet cravings.
