Steps

Heat oil,fry vadis and remove it.

In same oil add asafoetida and turmeric powder and add fenugreek leaves. After 1-3 minutes add rest of spices, green garlic,little water and mix well. And let it cool till fenugreek leaves cooked

Once it cooked, add fried vadi,mix well and serve immediately.
