It's helthy and tasty... Banana stem is good for digestive issues...
Cooking Instructions

Wash the diced banana stem in water and use a knife or stick to remove the extra Fiber from it... (fiber is good for health but too much will spoil your cooking)

Keep a pressure cooker on medium flame.. Put all the ingredients one after the other and pour water (it should be atleast 2 inches above all ingredients and less than 4inches).. Close the cooker..

After 3 pressure (2 if dal is precooked).. Remove from heat... Tendu kuttu is ready to serve.. It's best with Rice and papad for sidedish...Enjoy
