In a kadhai add 2 teaspoons mustard oil and as it heats up add the kasundi. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add the paneer pieces and check the salt. Add salt only if required. Let it cook covered till the raw smell goes away. Serve hot.

Note:- if you don’t have kasundi just soak 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds in water for minimum 4 hours then blend it to a fine paste. The rest of the ingredients will remain same.
