Ingredients

  • 1 tin/400 gramscondensed milk
  • 2 cupstightly packed grated paneer
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoongreen cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoonghee to grease the plate

Steps

  1. 1

    In a thick bottomed pan or on a nonstick pan add the condensed milk and the grated paneer and cook on a low flame.

  2. 2

    Add a tablespoon of sugar and keep on stirring the mixture till it starts thickening.

  3. 3

    Add the cardamom powder and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the greased plate and as it cools down cut into desired shapes and serve.
