Mix the dry ingredients together.

In a mixer mix your butter and sugar on a slow speed until you get a creamy texture. Increase the speed and continue mixing. Add your egg and flavour and continue mixing.

Add your dry ingredient little by little and mix it with a spatula.

Continue mixing with you hand to form a soft dought. If too sticky add a little flour.

Wrap your dough in a cling film and put it in a fridge for 1 hour.

After 1 hour put the dough in your working surface and roll it. Nt: dust the surface with flour.make a shape of your choice using a cookie cutter.

Divide the cut cookies into two. Use a nozzle to make a hole in the middle of the 1/2 cookies. Bake for 8-10 mins.

Apply jam in the middle of the baked cookie and cover with the other that has hole. Enjoy!
