Steps

Clean the cassava root well to remove the dust.

Peel the skin of the cassava.

Clean it well again and put it in water so as to boil.

Let it boil till it's ready. Test with a fork or knife if its cooked. It should be soft.

Serve it with chicken stew, or any sauce. And a cup of tea too.

Enjoy.
