Homemade Hotdog buns

I love seeing my family enjoy freshly baked buns.
Steps

Sift your flour.

Add sugar salt and yeast, butter and oil and combine.

Make a well and add the warm milk.

Knead to a firm but soft dough

Cover with a damp cloth and let it double in size.

When it doubles in size, punch it down and cut into 22 equal ball shapes.

Roll into rod like shapes and place them in a lined baking sheet.

Brush with eggwash. Let it rise the second time.

Place them in a preheated oven. Bake under 160• for 25 to 30mins.

When it has browned and baked nicely, place them on a rack to cool.

Serve with a cup of tea, juice or soup. Enjoy.

I love drizzling some chocolate on mine.
