Bring all your ingredients together

Heat oil in a pan. Ensure the oil is just enough since it's shallow fry you need just less than normal deep fry oil

Put the potatoes in small batches and let them cook till crunchy. To achieve the crunchyness, make sure the potatoes were sliced and put in a kitchen towel an hour before cooking

Remove from the heat and serve with chilli or tomatoes sauce. Add salt to taste. Garnish appropriately. Enjoy
