Steps

Grind all Spices
- 2
Add Lemon juice, yogurt, ginger and garlic paste to the spices. mix and use to marinate beef ribs and refridgerator 1 day before cooking

Take a baking dish, put 3 cups of water in the dish, put wire rack in the dish. Place marinaded meat on the rack. bake meat for 2 hours covered. remove cover and brush with butter before baking again for 10 minutes to make it crispy

Soak rice for 30 minutes and then use remaining juices from ribs tray to cook rice.

Fry onions until golden brown on high heat

Fry dried fruit all together on high heat

Bake potatoes and green chilies with olive oil, and pepper

Spread cooked rice on a big serving dish
- 9
Garnish Rice with potatoes, chilies, dried fruits, and fried onions
- 10
Place baked ribs on top of rice and serve
