  1. 1/2 ltrmilk
  2. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 2 pinchesphitakaree(alum)
  5. 2-3 pieceselaichi (cardamom)

  1. 1

    Take a pan mix all the ingredients.. Then stir till the milk reduces and becomes thick.Take it out garnish with dry fruits or rose petals Kalakand is ready to serve
