  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 pinchesphitakaree(alum)
  • 2-3 pieceselaichi (cardamom)

    Take a pan mix all the ingredients.. Then stir till the milk reduces and becomes thick.Take it out garnish with dry fruits or rose petals Kalakand is ready to serve
