Ingredients

  • 500 gbhindi (washed and dried)
  • 4green chillies
  • 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 3chopped onion
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tbspaamchur powder
  • As neededoil
  • 1/4 tbspjeera
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbspchilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bhindi in pieces

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadhai and crackle jeera in it

  3. 3

    Add onion and green chillies and cook till they become golden brown and then add bhindi

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 min and add all spices

  5. 5

    Cover it with lid and cook for 5 to 7 min

  6. 6

    Serve with chappati
