Ingredients

500 gbhindi (washed and dried)
4green chillies
1/2 tbspcoriander powder
3chopped onion
to tastesalt
1/2 tbspaamchur powder
As neededoil
1/4 tbspjeera
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/4 tbspchilli powder

Cut the bhindi in pieces

Heat oil in a kadhai and crackle jeera in it

Add onion and green chillies and cook till they become golden brown and then add bhindi
4

Cook for 5 min and add all spices
5

Cover it with lid and cook for 5 to 7 min
6

Serve with chappati
