Soak raw rice with boiled water Nd cover for 30-45 minutes

Strain rice in a collinder and make sure the water is out

Add oil to a pot Nd pour the rice, add curry little by little until the color suites you. Continue stirring until it looks fried and add your grinded pepper, cube seasoning and chopped carrots.

Add little water Nd cover lid, allow to simmer because the rice will be little hard. Done

For the coleslow, chop cabbage and grate carrots, mix together and add the mayonnaise. Enjoy 😋
