1 bowlmakhane
2 tbspghee
1 tbsppav bhaji masala
1/2spoon salt

First take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee heat it add makhana and roasted 2 min..then add pav bhaji masala mix well add ghee 1 tbsp ghee,salt mix well..cook till crispy..
