Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Spread well pineapple into a baking dish.(Take a small piece of pineapple and squeeze the juice slightly.)

In a mixing bowl put flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and mix well.

Now add melted butter and mix well. Put mixture evenly over pineapple.

Spread the mix uniformly. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Now is ready.

Once the cooled down. Cut into the pieces and put one piece into serving bowl and pour a scoop ice cream on the pineapple crisp and enjoy.

Note:You can also use only brown sugar or white sugar.
