Milk cakePerfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. Made by evaporating milk

Take milk in a pan. Switch on the gas and start reducing the milk.

Once milk is refucevto half add lemon juice or Alum to it. Keep stirring it to reduce more

Reduce the milk till it starts bubbling.

Now start adding the sugar in batches. Don’t add all the sugar at once. Add one batch and keep stirring it till it dissolves completely, then add second batch and so on.

Once you are done with adding sugar and when it’s completely dissolved, add ghee a spoonful at a time.

Keep stirring the mixture till it start leaving the pan.

Once mixture starts leaving the pan take it out in a greased tray or plate and cover it with some towel or thick cloth to trap the heat.

Keep it like this for 3-4 hours. After 3-4 hours remove the towel and again let it cool for couple of hours.

Your delicious milk cake is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
