Onion Ring Pakoda

Cut onions in thick slices. Take a mixing bowl add besan and salt, mix it well. Now pour water little and make smooth batter without lumps.

Heat oil for deep frying. Dip the onions rings in the batter and drop into oil.

Fry the rings until they turn into golden brown colour.

Serve these hot Onion Ring pakoda with tea and tomato ketchup or chutney.
