1/4 kgpotatoes
1 bunchdania
to tasteSalt
1red onion

Peel and wash the potatoes

Par-boil them in salty water for 4minutes,remove from heat and Drain with a clean towel, Nb:don't cut as you par-boil
3

Cut the potatoes in rings
4

Saute the potatoes with onions and sprinkle the dania, serve
