In a bowl take jaggery, add 1 cup water and dissolve jaggery.In a mixing bowl take wheat flour,add cardamom powder,sesame seeds,add jaggery water slowly and prepare batter slightly thick.cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a non stick tava,Grease with little oil, rub with cloth.Spread a ladle full of batter on tava,spread evenly in one direction only.apply oil on both sides and cook till golden brown.

Serve hot with Coriander mint chutney.
