Ingredients

15 minutes.
2 persons
  • 2 cupsfresh Chena (paneer)
  • 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/8 tspcardamom powder
  • Fewdrops rose water (optional)
  • FewRose petals for garnish

Steps

15 minutes.
  1. 1

    Knead paneer with palm until it become smooth.

  2. 2

    Then add sugar, cardamom powder and rose water & knead again for few seconds. Now make smoooth balls out it. Garnish with rose petals, chill & relish. Consume it same day.
