  • 2 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1 tbspCrush coriander seeds
  • 1 tspCrush zeera
  • 2 tbspImli ka pulp
  • 4 tbspOnion chop
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • 6Green chilli chop
  • sheetsFor samoosay
  • 500 gMaida
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 8 tbspOil

Steps

    Mix all ingredients in mashed potatoes 🥔 and fill in samoosay dough fry and serve with green chatni
    For samoosay sheets
    Water for making dough
    Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough rest half hour
