Peel potatoes and wash

Cut into desired shape

Heat oil on a pan and fry it crisp or medium (how you want) set aside

In another pan heat oil and add the chopped/grinded tomato scotch bonnet and bell pepper and a little bit of water

Cook on medium heat

When desired consistency is achieved add in the sardine and eggs

Cook for another 2 to 5 minutes

Voila! Your chips and scrambled egg/sardine sauce is done. Enjoy while it's still warm
