12 payai aik siri me bari pyaz, 3 lehsan ki pothia, namak as req, 3 tbsp laal mirch,1 tbsp dra mirch,2 tbsp sookha dhanya,1 tbsp haldi or aik jug pani daal k 45 minutes dhak k pkayain

Jab pani sookhne lagai to is me sabit garam masal daal kr bhoone jis me daar cheeni zayda ho,or sath he ghee daal dai or achi trha bhoone or jb ghee upr a jai to hasbe zaroorat pani daal k dhak kr halki aanch per 2 hour pakayain.

Ab ye taiyyar hai. naan k sath nosh karen.
