Ingredients

  • 6 slicesbrown bread
  • 3 tablespoonscondensed milk
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh cream
  • 2 cupsdark chocolate chopped
  • As requiredGems for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and separate the crusts of the breads and mash them with condensed milk till they are able to form balls. Keep aside the balls.

  2. 2

    Melt the chocolate in a microwave and blend with the fresh cream together leaving no lumps.

  3. 3

    Dip the balls into the chocolate ganache decorate with gems and set them to cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Serve.
