Wash, peel and slice raw bananas. Don't chop fine. I sliced them 1/2 inch thick.

Heat oil in a large kadhai. Add cumin and mustard seeds, once they splutter add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook.

Add all the masalas and salt and mix well and cook for a minute or so.

Once cooked add in the sliced bananas

Cover and cook. Check if the vegetable is soft. Switch off flame.
