Sauté the vegetables with a teaspoon of butter and as they are cooked keep them aside.

Place a roti and top them with the vegetables and grated cheese.

Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till the cheese melts. Flip them in between and cut them into halves or quadruples. Pack them for tiffin.
