Ingredients

15minutes
2-3servings
  • 1.5 cuppoha
  • 1/2 cupchopped paneer
  • 1/4 cupcashew nuts
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tspoil
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/4 cupgrated coconut
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspchopped coriander leaves

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a Kadai with oil and then add mustard and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    When they crackle then add the chopped onion, chilli, curry leaves, cashew nuts in it.

  3. 3

    In the mean time wash the poha with water and strain them from the water.

  4. 4

    Add paneer cubes in the Kadai and saute them till they become slightly golden brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Then add the poha in it. Mix turmeric powder,salt, sugar and grated coconut in it.

  6. 6

    Atlast add the lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it well and serve by garnishing some grated coconut in it.
