Steps

Put the beans in a bowl, add little water to soak a bit

Pour the beans into mortar and pound gently to separate the chaff from the beans

Turn the beans to a bowl, and wash well with clean water until the chaff is removed from the beans

Add pepper, chilli pepper and onion

Using blender or grinding machine, ground the beans until it's smooth to paste

Pour the paste to a bowl, add maggi star with little salt and stir well

In an already heated pan of oil, put d beans paste bit by bit using spoon, turn the sides and allow to fry
- 8
Serve hot with pap or as desired
