1/2 cupsuji
1 cupcurd
1/4 cupchopped vegetables any seasonal
As per taste Salt and chilli powder
As required Oil

Make paste of suji and curd add chopped vegetables,and salt and chilli powder

Rest it 10 min apply it on a hot nonstick tawa

Turn it and apply some oil to texture
4

Cook properly on low heat ready to serve

Use as lunch for kids
