Put the Jackfruits in food processor and make a paste out of it.

Heat ghee in a pan, saute cashew nut and raisins and keep aside. In the same pan, add the Jackfruit paste and continuously stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add the milk and stir for another minute. Let the milk condensed to half the quantity.

Add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and raisins to the kheer.

Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
